Do I need to update my own website?

Can I make changes before my website goes live?

Of course.

You’ll choose from 3 bespoke design concepts and get a round of revisions on the one you pick, so your website reflects your business before it launches. And because Pulset is built for continual improvement, your site keeps getting better after launch, so it’s better to launch and keep refining than chase a perfect first version.

When do I make my first payment?

Your first payment is taken when you join and we start work straight away. After a short onboarding, within 3 working days you’ll choose from 3 bespoke homepage designs, and your site is live in as little as 7 working days. As this is bespoke work that begins immediately, you confirm at checkout that you’d like us to start now.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel your membership in line with your chosen plan. Your first payment covers the design and build that begins as soon as you join, so it isn’t refundable once your designs have been produced. On the annual membership your website is yours from launch; on monthly, full ownership becomes available after 12 months. You always keep your domain name, and any Growth bundle add-ons run for a minimum of 3 months.Don’t have a domain name? We can help with that too.

I already have a website. Can I still join?

Absolutely.
